If you would like to pick up your online order in person, use code ‘LOCALPICKUP’ at checkout. Once the order is placed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirmation to choose date and time.
This curbside pickup is valid only for Los Angeles, California.
If you are not able to pick up your order in person, please do not use this online code or we will cancel your entire order and you will need to place it again with the correct shipping method.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final with no exchanges and returns. For candles, you may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. The candle must be unused and packaged in its original condition.
FAULTY GOODS / DAMAGES
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping but we will replace items if they were damaged during transit. It must be claimed within 3 days of receiving the package. We will also require a photographic proof of the damaged item.
SHIPPING / MISSING / LOST PACKAGES
Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that the order is fulfilled along with shipping carrier and tracking information. It is the receiver’s responsibility to track their package. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages once it has shipped. We recommend choosing the “signature-required” option to increase chances of the package not getting stolen.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once the order is submitted, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made to where the order will ship. Please make sure to double check shipping address is correct and also check order confirmation email once the order is placed. A new order will need to be placed for new shipping addresses.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS
Please note that all custom-made orders, including marble candles and gifting sets, and Deluxe Wooden Gift Boxes, will be shipped with “Signature Required” option. If you would like to change this, please reach out to us once the order has been placed. We are unable to change the signature option once the order has shipped.
